ONE DEVICE, SEPARATE SPACES
Choose a supported app already installed on your phone and create another space for it inside Multiverse.
Sign in separately within each clone. Switch between running clones using Android’s Recent Apps screen.
Keep the clones you need and delete those you don’t. Removing a clone removes its local app data.
Not every app supports a virtual environment. Apps requiring a secure environment, including some banking and payment apps, may not run. Some 32-bit apps need the separate Multiverse helper. Follow each app’s terms and use accounts you are authorized to access.

AT A GLANCE
Clone data is stored in app spaces on your device. The app also uses advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services that process technical and usage data. Apps you run inside a clone have their own data practices.
NCAP SOLUTIONS LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Multiverse Dual Space, Android package com.multiverse.dualspace. This policy covers our app, the Multiverse 32-bit helper where used, this information website, and support communications sent to us.
Multiverse creates app spaces on your device. It does not require a separate Multiverse account. Signing in to an app inside a clone creates or accesses an account with that app’s provider, whose privacy policy and terms also apply.
Information is handled to run your chosen apps, remember your settings, display and measure advertising, diagnose failures, and respond to support requests.
App names, package identifiers, icons, compatibility information, clone names, and preferences help show the app picker and manage your spaces. A clone can store account sessions, files, messages, and settings within its local app environment. The app you clone may transmit its data to its own services; storing a clone locally does not prevent that communication.
Google Mobile Ads and active advertising partners may process your IP address, approximate location derived from it, advertising ID, app set ID and other permitted identifiers, device and app details, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. These support ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising depends on service configuration, your choices, and applicable requirements. See Google’s advertising data disclosure.
Firebase Analytics processes app interactions and technical information, such as app-instance identifiers, device characteristics, and app version, to help understand use and performance. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash traces, device and operating-system details, app state, and installation identifiers to investigate failures. These services can collect data automatically; they are separate from manually shared reports. See Firebase’s Android data disclosure.
Local reports can include the device model, operating-system version, process and app package names, clone identifiers, recent operations, and error traces. You can choose to share a report from Settings. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, so we can respond and investigate your issue. Avoid including passwords or unnecessary personal content.
A cloned app runs under the host app’s identity, so an Android permission prompt may name Multiverse Dual Space. Access depends on the app version, Android version, the feature you use, and permissions you grant.
You can deny or revoke permissions in Android Settings. Some features may then be unavailable. The Google Play distribution removes restricted SMS, call-log, all-files-access, and app-install permissions; sideload distributions can request additional access for compatible app features. Review the prompts for the version you install.
Information accessed by a cloned app may be shared by that app with its own providers. Review its privacy policy before granting access.
The host uses Google AdMob, Google’s User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Its advertising library also includes integrations for Meta Audience Network/Facebook, AppLovin, Liftoff/Vungle, Digital Turbine/AdColony, Adjust, and AppsFlyer. Data processing by those integrations depends on initialization, advertising mediation, measurement configuration, and your choices; an included integration does not mean every provider receives every data type.
When active, advertising and attribution services can receive device or advertising identifiers, network information, app and ad interactions, and technical diagnostics to deliver ads, measure installs or revenue, and detect invalid traffic. Providers handle data under their own terms and policies:
For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information, visit its privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address abuse or security incidents, or to a recipient you choose when sharing a report. Advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws; the available choices are described below.
You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable. We will respond to requests in accordance with the requirements that apply to them.
Local data: clone files and preferences remain on the device until you remove the relevant clone, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app that stores them. Local crash logging retains up to five recent reports per reporting app. Files you export or share, and data stored by third-party apps on their servers, are not removed by deleting a clone.
Service-provider data: Google states that Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from its live and backup systems. Analytics and advertising information follows the relevant provider’s retention settings and policies. See Firebase’s retention information.
Support and requests: we retain correspondence as needed to resolve your request, maintain necessary support records, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. You can ask us to delete it. If some information must be retained, we will explain the relevant reason where applicable.
Multiverse has no separate user account to close. To delete an account created with an app you cloned, use that service’s account-deletion process. Provider-held advertising and analytics data may require that provider’s privacy-request process, particularly where we cannot identify a record as yours.
Clone data uses application storage and separate virtual app spaces. Access to the 32-bit helper is restricted through the app-signing relationship. These controls support separation, but no device, virtual environment, or transmission method guarantees complete security.
Google documents encrypted transport for data sent by its Mobile Ads SDK. Third-party apps, mediation providers, and support services have their own security practices; we do not promise that every cloned app’s network traffic is encrypted. Keep Android and your apps updated and protect access to your device.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Their applicable terms and privacy policies describe processing locations and safeguards. Contact us for questions about information we handle.
Cloning an app does not change its age restrictions, parental controls, or account eligibility requirements. Parents and guardians should review the apps used on the device and their permission settings. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided to us inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and address deletion where appropriate.
This page contains no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or browser-storage tracking. Its host may process standard connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Opening an external policy link or an email application takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
We may update this policy as the app, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, material changes will be accompanied by additional notice or a request for consent.
